Privacy policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

DLM Games is made by Dynamic Labs Media LLC (“we”). This policy covers the website at dlmgames.store and the DLM Games apps for Android published on Google Play under Dynamic Labs Media LLC.

In short: every game can be played without an account, and everything you do without one stays on your device. If you choose to sign in, we store the minimum needed to run your account, keep your progress across devices, show leaderboards and let you play other people. We never sell your data.

Playing without an account

Scores, achievements, settings and saved games are stored only on your device:

  • On the website, in your browser’s local storage. You can export, import or delete it from the Library page, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
  • In the Android apps, in the app’s private storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it.

If you use Android’s own backup, Android may include the app’s data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone; that backup is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy, and we cannot see it.

Accounts (optional)

You can sign in with an email link, or with Google or Apple. When you do, we store:

  • Your email address, used to sign you in and to send account messages (sign-in links, receipts, security notices). We do not send marketing email.
  • A player handle you choose and a built-in avatar. These are public: they appear on leaderboards, in profiles and to other players in a match.
  • Your game progress (the same records kept on your device) so it follows you across devices.
  • Results you post to leaderboards: the game, the score, when it was played, and a short summary of the run so we can check it is plausible.
  • Friends you add and friend requests you send or receive.
  • Online matches: who played, the moves, and the result, kept so results and ratings can be verified and disputes reviewed.
  • Your purchases and entitlements (see Payments), and your coin balance and items if a game uses them.

Sign-in links are sent by Resend; Google and Apple sign-in share only your name, email and a stable account id with us. We keep session cookies that sign you in; they are necessary for the service and are not used for tracking.

From the account page you can download a copy of this data, or delete the account. Deleting removes your login, saves, scores, coins and purchases we store. A finished match keeps the handle the other player already saw; your email goes with the account.

Online play

Multiplayer rooms run on Cloudflare’s network. While you are in a match, your connection carries your moves and a short-lived token that identifies your account; other players see your handle, avatar and moves, never your email. Match servers keep connection logs briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.

Payments

On the website, payments are processed by Stripe; in Android apps, by Google Play. We never see your card number. We receive from the processor what you bought, when, the price, and a customer reference, and we keep that to provide what you paid for and to handle refunds and taxes. RevenueCat helps us recognise your purchases across web and Android; it receives your account id and purchase records.

Ads

Some games on the website show ads to players who have not subscribed to Plus or bought “Remove ads”. Those ads are served by Google AdSense and appear only between runs, never during play. No ad code loads until you accept the ads notice on a play page; you can change that choice any time from your account page. Where required, Google also asks for your consent and you can play with non-personalised ads or decline. Android apps marked as offline show no ads at all; an app that includes ads says so in its Play listing, uses Google AdMob, and asks for consent in the same way. Rewarded ads are always optional and only ever grant in-game items.

Analytics and error reports

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and does not identify individuals, to count page views and understand which games are played. When something crashes, Sentry receives an error report with technical details about the page and your browser so we can fix it; we do not include your email in those reports.

The offline Android apps

Apps described in their Play listing as offline contain their whole game. They do not connect to our servers or to any third party, request no permission beyond network access (used only to open links in your browser), and collect no data. Links in an app’s About screen open in your web browser.

The website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives the technical information your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep it briefly in server logs for security and reliability.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. Accounts, purchases and online play are for players aged 13 and over (16 in the EEA and UK); we do not knowingly collect personal information from younger children, and will delete it if we learn we have.

Your choices and rights

From your account settings you can change your handle and avatar, download everything we hold about you, and delete your account; deletion removes your profile, saves, friends and leaderboard entries, and keeps only the purchase records we must retain for accounting. You can also write to us to exercise any right you have under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or similar laws.

Changes

If we change how data is handled, we will update this policy and, for an app, its Google Play data safety section before the change ships, and change the date above.
